Authentic Chinese food in town
If you crave for Chinese cuisine, then Lee China is the place to be. Located at the second floor of Crown Plaza Mall, the place is a must visit for Chinese food lovers.
Ambience
Laughing Buddhas, Chinese doom, dragons and pictures of Chinese ladies holding fans in their hands give a lot of positive vibes in the sitting area. There is a bar just opposite the entrance door named Hooka Bar. It does not offer hookas yet but has a symbolic big hooka and a big white laughing Buddha on its counter. In the middle of the restaurant, there is a wooden sitting arrangement. Apart from that, the place has taken care of all the privacy that one needs.
Food
Though the menu is limited, it has a lot of delicious dishes to offer. Among the mocktails, Sex on the beach, Bermuda triangle, Long island ice tea that is made with gin, rum, full vodka, tequila, triple sec and sweet 'n' sour, toped with cola are most ordered ones. In the mocktails, people prefer fruit punch, desert cool and China blue. In the non-vegetarian food, one can try chicken lollypop, Lee China stuffed chicken, prawns and fish salt and pepper. In vegetarian food, one can have mixed veg hot garlic sauce, Hong Kong vegetables, honey chilly potatoes and golden fry baby corn. There are meal combos as well.
Our order
Though we had the option of ordering separate dishes, we preferred a proper meal combo to get the better idea of the Chinese food they have. In veg combo we had Double Combo, which had veg Manchurian, veg hot garlic sauce, kimchi salad, veg spring roll and steamed rice. In non-veg, we had double combo which included chilly chicken, chicken hot garlic sauce, kimchi salad, veg spring roll and steamed rice. The food was delicious and one combo had sufficient quantity to fill two people's tummies.
Meal for two
Meal for two, if taken a combo, would cost Rs 500-600, including drinks.
