Commuters drawn to `Bus Day` But poor frequency remains a big problem

Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) organised "Bus Day" on February 4 with full support and co-operation from the Outer Ring Road Companies' Association (ORRCA), which includes 120-odd companies, making it a very successful event.
The BMTC buses, carrying large banners with "Bus Day" printed prominently on them, plied the roads carrying a large number of commuters who included a sizeable number of ITians as well as BMTC officials including the MD of BMTC, Syed Zameer Pasha. ......

NPS students walk away with many prizes at Science Fest

Students of the National Public School, Koramangala, put up an impressive performance at "Aarohan 2010", winning many events in both the junior and senior levels. This inter-school science fest was conducted by the Amrita School of Engineering. This fest consisted of many events which tested the scientific temperament of the students in various ways.
